New Technology (N.T.) B-D-S Fluke Treatment 1 litre

The skin and gill flukes DactylogyrusSp. and Gyrodactylus Sp. are notoriously difficult to treat directly in the pond.

There is also some evidence that some species of these parasites are resistant to some regularly used treatments.

Successful treatment depends upon ingredients which can penetrate the mucus and reach the parasites.

B-D-S is a fluke treatment providing a tried and tested formulation which treats both skin and gill flukes as well as bacterial disease such as fin rot, tail rot and ulcers.

Please note: The warnings on the label and handle the product with care.

The correct dose of B-D-S does not affect the filter bacteria or plants and persists in the water long enough to destroy the various stages of parasite which may otherwise remain to re-infect treated fish.

 *Remove absorbent filter material-carbon,zeolite etc.

 *switch off uv.

 *Increase aeration.

 Dosage:Add 10 ml of B-D-S to every 80 gallons(363litres) of pond water.

 250 ml treats 9000 litres (2000 gallons).

 This is 1 litre and treats 36000litres (8000 gallons).
