Leeches (Piscicola Geometra)

1. There is not a treatment that can be bought over the counter.

    

2. Just lifting a fish out and removing the leeches will not cure anything.

    

3. There is a link (but not proven) of Piscicola Geometra being a transmission vector for Spring Viromania of Carp (SVC).
