Conditions of Use Prices and Payment
The prices for goods displayed for sale on this site may be changed at anytime Delivery will be charged in addition, and any such additional charges are clearly displayed where they apply. Prices and delivery charges displayed are valid and effective only in mainland United Kingdom.
We can only accept your order if you have paid for it in full (including applicable delivery charges) and when your credit or debit card has been accepted by the issuing bank. Upon payment, we will confirm acceptance of your order by e-mail which will be sent to the e-mail address you provide on your order details. Whether or not you receive the e-mail, our acceptance of your order will create a legally binding contract between us.
In order to reduce fraud, all orders are subject to various security checks and only accepted at our discretion .We reserve the right to decline an order if we believe it represents a security risk. We also reserve the right to ship the goods to the address to which your credit card is registered, although in most cases we will ship to your preferred address.
All products are subject to availability, and in the event that we are unable to supply any item ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible. In such cases we will immediately refund you if payment has already been made.
You may cancel your order at any stage before the goods have been dispatched to you. If you wish to cancel your order you can either phone us on 020 8386 0560 (lines are open 9am - 6pm Monday to Thursday and 9am - 5:30pm on Fridays) or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Returns Policy and Procedure for Unused or Unwanted Goods
In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return the item or items in their original condition and must not have been removed from packaging returned to us within 7 days of receipt.
Please note that we will not be able to refund you with the cost of our original delivery charges, or any delivery or postage costs that you incur when returning the item to us, except however if they are returned to us because of an error that we have made. Also please note that if you send a product back to us for an exchange, we will charge you for the cost of shipping the new product back to you.
To make a return, please first contact our Returns Department by emailing email@example.com or calling 020 8386 0560, and give details of the goods that you would like to return, the reason for returning them and your full name, phone number and email address. You will then be given a returns number. Once you have your returns number, please send the item or items to the following address below.
Please note there is a 20% Handling fee on returns for non faulty items

The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation and proof or purchase. It must also be unused and in perfect resaleable condition, including product packaging and instructions. Please include a covering note with your name, address, returns number and original order number as well as an explanation of the action you would like us to take. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. We can accept no responsibility until a member of our staff has signed for receipt of the goods.
On receipt of the item or items we will issue a full refund, or if preferred exchange the item for a different product or gift vouchers, within 28 days of receiving the returned items.
